Ordination of Fr Kenny Wikkens - 22nd June 2024

We have a new priest!

On Saturday we celebrated the Ordination of The Reverend Kenny Wickens to the sacred priesthood by the Right Reverend Paul Thomas SSC, Bishop of Oswestry, Assistant Bishop in the Diocese of Exeter in the presence of the Right Reverend James Grier, Bishop of Plymouth.

The Congregations, Clergy and Servers of St Mary's and St Martin's gathered at St Mary's for the event, together with numerous visitors, gathered choirs from many Churches and two guest trumpeters.

What a wonderful day we had!
